What we respond to
- Corrections: If a code example, configuration fragment, or technical claim is incorrect, we want to know. Include the page URL and a description of the issue. Corrections are prioritized and applied quickly.
- Topic suggestions: If there is a Django production concern that the site does not cover well, suggest it. We prioritize topics based on how many engineers face the same problem.
- Feedback: If a guide was useful, confusing, or missing a key detail, that feedback helps improve the content. Specific feedback is more actionable than general impressions.
What we do not do
- We do not offer consulting or custom development services through this site.
- We do not accept paid guest posts or sponsored content.
- We do not respond to generic partnership inquiries.
Response time
Corrections and error reports are typically reviewed within a few days. Topic suggestions are collected and reviewed periodically during content planning. Not every email will receive a personal response, but every correction that checks out will result in an update to the affected guide.
